Privacy policy

This policy explains which data INFLU collects when you fill in a referral form, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can ask for it to be deleted.
1. Who is responsible for your data
INFLU MEDIA GROUP LTDA is the controller of the data collected on the referral pages hosted at influ.media.

2. What we collect
When you submit a referral form we collect:
- Name
- WhatsApp number
Alongside that, the system records your browser language, the date and time of the submission, a shortened irreversible version of your IP address and your browser identification. We keep these only as proof that consent was given and to prevent abuse.
We do not collect identity documents, bank details, card details or sensitive data.
3. What we use it for
- Send you to create your account on the campaign brand platform.
- Attribute the referral to the creator who shared the link with you.
- Contact you about the campaign you came through, by email or WhatsApp.
- Measure campaign performance in aggregate.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, for contact and for sharing with the brand. For referral attribution and fraud prevention we rely on legitimate interest.
5. Who we share it with
The campaign brand. Your data is shared with the company of the campaign you came through, so the account can be created. From there, their own privacy policy also applies.
The creator who referred you. The creator who shared the link can see your name, email and WhatsApp inside the INFLU panel, so they can talk to the people who came through their referral.
The tracking platform. We use impact.com to register the referral. We send it an internal code only, never your email or phone number.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone outside this list.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the data while the campaign is active and for up to 5 years after the last contact. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise any of these, write to partners@influ.media. We reply within 15 days.
8. Cookies and tracking
Referral pages use no advertising cookies. The impact.com platform records a click identifier to attribute the referral. The campaign brand may use its own cookies once you reach their site, governed by their policy.
9. Security and changes
Data is stored on a restricted access server over an encrypted connection. This policy may be updated, and the version date is always at the top of this page.
